General Provisions

megha is an online gaming platform that provides various entertainment gaming services for players in Bangladesh, including slots, live casino and cricket betting. All services on this platform are provided on an "as is" basis.

You are solely responsible for your account login details, password and PIN. Do not share this information with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on megha is ৳100. Deposits can be made through the following methods:

• Bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank)

Once a deposit is successfully confirmed, it is generally credited to the account automatically. If there is any issue, please contact the support team.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method.

Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal can be processed. If any bonus is active, the associated wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on megha are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits or withdrawals through third parties are strictly prohibited.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x), applied only to the bonus amount — not the deposit amount. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal (৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000).

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses have a specific validity period, which is stated at the time the offer is published.
• The first deposit bonus can be claimed only once per account.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• megha reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses may be forfeited in cases of multiple accounts or any other rule violation.

Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating multiple accounts

5.3 Technical Issues

If a technical error causes abnormal results to be displayed, megha reserves the right to void those results. Server log records will be considered final.

VIP Program and Loyalty Rewards

megha operates a three-tier VIP program for its regular players:

• Bronze: Earn up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Silver: Earn up to 1.0% cashback per week.
• Gold: Earn up to 1.5% cashback per week.

You can advance to higher VIP tiers through consistent and regular participation. megha reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time.

By using this platform you acknowledge and agree to the following:
